The Emersons Degustation Charity Dinner will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to sample some of New Zealand’s finest cuisine matched with some of the countries best beers.
Join pioneering brewer and gastronome Richard Emerson, Restaurateur Steve Logan and Regional Beer Specialist Kieran Haslett-Moore in the private upstairs dining room for a six course Degustation menu. Logan Brown Chef Shaun Clouston and Richard have devised six contemporary courses matched to six Emersons beers.
Tickets to this event are extremely limited due to the size of the dining room so a Charity Auction with proceeds going to the environmental organisation The Last Ocean will be held to purchase tickets.
The Last Ocean is a charity that campaigns to raise awareness of the Ross Sea and promote the establishment of a marine reserve to protect the last pristine open-ocean marine ecosystem on earth. Check out http://www.lastocean.com/ for more details.
